Ditulis oleh penulis naskah terkenal Kim Eun Hee dari “Sign”, “ Ghost ”, “ Sinyal ”, dan “Kingdom”, “Revenant” adalah sebuah thriller misteri okultisme di mana seorang wanita dirasuki oleh roh jahat dan seorang pria yang dapat melihat kejahatan tersebut. roh di dalam tubuh manusia menggali kematian misterius yang mengelilingi lima benda suci.

Sinopsis Drama Korea Revenant / The Devil (2023)
Ketika pintu ke dunia lain terbuka, setan ada di sana. Ku San-Young (Kim Tae-Ri), dirasuki oleh salah satu iblis itu. Yeom Hae-Sang (Oh Jung-Se) dapat melihat iblis yang merasuki Ku San-Young. Mereka mencoba mencari tahu kebenaran di balik kematian misterius yang terkait dengan lima benda suci.
Ku San-Young sibuk bekerja paruh waktu di siang hari dan belajar untuk menjadi pejabat publik berpangkat rendah di malam hari. Suatu hari, dia menerima beberapa artikel yang ditinggalkan oleh mendiang ayahnya. Sejak itu, kematian misterius terjadi di sekitarnya. Dia juga menemukan dirinya perlahan berubah.
Yeom Hae-Sang berasal dari latar belakang yang kaya. Dia mengajar cerita rakyat Korea di sebuah universitas. Sejak kecil, dia memiliki kemampuan khusus untuk melihat setan di dunia ini. Dia bahkan melihat ibunya dibunuh oleh setan di depannya ketika dia masih muda. Yeom Hae-Sang bertemu Ku San-Young dan dia menghadapi iblis yang membunuh ibunya..
Lee Hong-Sae (Hong Kyung) adalah seorang letnan di tim investigasi kejahatan kekerasan. Dia hanya peduli untuk memajukan karirnya di departemen kepolisian. Karena Ku San-Young dan Yeom Hae-Sang, dia terlibat dalam kasus misterius.
